|Recommended: YesMaintenance office help — I have had several maintenance needs recently and the reaction time for staff is incredibly fast. Mick is awesome and very efficient. Shelly in the office is my go to person, and she always takes care of me. Great crew here

|Recommended: YesInitial Review So far so fantastic — This is a lovely area full of trees and greenery. The staff are very friendly including Shelley who set us up into our new home. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we’ve met so far has been pleasant and gives you your space. Parking is so easy and no cost. Overall a huge life upgrade for us who previously lived in a cramped urban area with the usual city noises the peace and quiet along with all the amenities Parkwood provides is well worth it

Other than a recent interaction with the office when I made a simple request which turned into a 4-day ordeal, followed by a rude email from the office staff , I have been very happy here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — This is our second time living at Park Wood, and we have greatly enjoyed living here both times. The office staff is great and very communicative. The maintenance staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful when necessary. We also love having the park and dog park so close to us which is perfect for our dog. We definitely intend to make Park Wood our home for a long time.

|Recommended: YesLove Parkwood Apartments — This is my second time living at Parkwood in a Jr apt and love it here. The only thing I wish was nicer was the carpet in the master bedroom. My first unit was a first floor apartment with hardwood throughout.
