What methods of rent payment do you accept?
You can pay by personal check, a cashier's, money order, or pay via credit card (charges apply). The easiest way to pay your rent is on your Resident Portal and there is no cost to you!
Who is responsible for paying for utilities?
Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.
Why type of pets do you accept?
Park Wood accepts cats, dogs, and small caged animals. Please see the Rental Criteria regarding pet rent, deposit, restrictions and documentation needed.
Who do I call regarding noise disturbances?
During office hours you may call the management office. After hours please contact Blue Sky Security at 925-245-1711.
How do I place a service request for maintenance for my apartment?
You can submit maintenance requests on your Resident Portal!
Can I install a satellite dish?
Yes, but with restrictions and written approval. Contact our management staff for details.
Do you have storage units on the property?
Yes, there are storage units on the property that you can rent for an additional fee.
